Hot Vacation

At first, I was planning to go to Hawaii and San Francisco to see my friends this summer. However I got a financial problam in few weeks and I had to totaly change my summer plan.
So Ill be in Japan in this summer.

My plans ( or goals!?) in Japan are
1. earn about $3000 for school fee.
2. read 20 books ( 15 books in Japanese and 5 books in English)
3. Just Have Fun!!

These are simple. When I changed my plans I was so sad and mad but now, I decided to enjoy my summer vacation. I hope everyone will enjoy own plans and make many memory!! Take care!!

Hip Hop Novel

Do you know hip hop novel?? This is a new category of books and three books were published in Japanese. One is a " Black" by Tracy Brown in this picture. Others are "Blinded" by Kashamba Williams and "Let that be the reason" by Vicki Stringer.

In these novel, authers are black women and they write about their own life. Their life ( I think some of them are made interesting for being good novel) are unbelievably dangerous and there are many difficulties. Also they focus on true love, relationship, severely of reality, woman's strength and black culture.

I recomend this books because after I read this, I got a courage and I thought like I could do anything if I had strong will. Please read these books if you are interested in. This time I read this book in Japanese, but I ll try to read "Blinded" in English in this summer.

My Favorite Place

One of my favorite places is my room. I know this is kind of messed up room and dark, but here is a lovely place for me. There are many books, CDs, videos, clothes and many pictures on the wall. On the other side, there is a double bed where I sleep every night.

As you can see this picture, this room is dark. there are only two small indirect lighting, one is yellow light for relaxing and the onther is white light for study or reading.

My mom doesn't like my favorite place because here lookes too darty for her and she tries to clean this room sometimes while I am in a scool. After she clean my room up, I am always comfused because I miss some of my stuff in my room.
For her, all things in my room looks just garbage.

Im trying to stop smoking now. I had smorked more than 5 years and I used to smoke one box a day before. I had tried to stop smoking many times but it didnt work. This time is serious!!
(I hope). I have some reasons to do that. As you know, smoking is really bad for my health. Also the motivation was this school life. I was surprised that most IES-b students dont smoke cause nearly all my friends smoke. That was a perfect surrounding for me. When I was a student at my previous school, I could smoke everywhere like cafe, passageway, and some class rooms. However in Kansai Gaidai, we can see smokers only limited small places and also outsides, place where can smoke has been decreased recently.

After I stop smoking, I realized smoking was harmful for not only my health but also my attitude. especially girls, when I see girls are smoking, I cant have a good impression for them. For people who dont smoke, smokers smell cigaretto and their teeth are yellow. I didnt notice that before I gave up.

Strictly speaking, that is hard especially when im drink. My friends smoke in front of me and they like make fun of me who stoped smoke but I m still keeping to not smoking somehow.

She is so funny girl. She always makes us laugh and her smile is cute.

Actually when our class started, we didnt talk to much. but these days we are together as much as we can. The more I know her, the more I like her. She lookes one of girls of nowadays but she can take care of herself and have a responsibility what she does. I like that kind of person.
All that I warry about her is she skip class sometimes......and she is looking for a cool and kind guy. If you wanna see and talk to her, just let me know!!!

Anyway we can have fun with her till IES class finish. I like her and also I am glad to see all of classmates in IES-B!!!

Blurb about climbling Mt.Fuji

It happened last summar and it was a joke for me at first. When I was drinking with many colleague of Timberland in Yokohama, I said let's go to climb Mt.Fuji!! Again, this was just a joke for me!!! But they took in seriously and we decided to do that.....

The members are Zukki, his girlfriend, Charie, his girlfriend, our store manager Mikity and me.
We drove for 5 hours from Yokohama to near Mt. Fuji and we started to climb at 1 midnight. It was cold it was a summar though and at the foot of Mt.Fuji, the air already was weak. Before the sun came up, there were so much stars in the dark sky and that was really beatiful view.. We were not tired yet and enjoyed climbing with laughter and many jokes.

But after 4 hours we started, the sun came up and the situation around us was totally changed. The temprature was getting higher and the more we climbed, the more air weaken.
We couldnt laugh any more and even talk.......

Making R&B and Hip Hop CD

Do you remember we talked about " Hip Hop lost its way and fans" in scott's class??
When I discussed with Ayumi, Yo and Shuhei, they asked me what kind of music is Hip Hop or R&B. They were comfused a little bit about a music category. So I promised to make them a R&B and Hip Hop CD that I always listen to. The artists will be Alicia Keys, K-Ci & JoJo, Mario, India Arie, Monica, Mase, Out Cast, Kanye West, Bobby Valentino, Faith Evans, common and of cause John Legend. I wanna make it easier to listen to for you guys so Ill select slow tempo music. I and my friends make it for each other sometimes and we really enjoy that.

If you wanna this CD, just let me know. Ill copy for you.
Also if you make that kinds of CD, could you copy for me? I wanna listen to any kind of music.

Now Im gonna go to school. I have two class today.

Nonsense Poem

One night, It was beginning of shberfe.
I was lying on my bed ryghning to a music.
It was a comfortable night, not hot or cold.

Suddenly my friend dwngewned into my room from a window
and he said " I've got something surprise for you. I won the first prize
in a petagegorouse and picked money on the road today.
It was 500 trillion gedons in all!! Let's do something fun together!!"
We were sawagued terribly and came up buying a country: The United States.
We packed our turthy and were on our way to the U.S.......

At the next morning, I kizutook that was just a nonsense dream like this poem.

!!! John Legend's concert !!!

I had a John Legend's concert at small club in Shibuya Tokyo on 8th. I was touched and had a wonderful time with my friends and him. The most wonderfull thing is the place was small even we could see his sweat on his forehead. I could feel his voice and vive. He looked like mature and sound like very wise guy from his coment. I m just crazy about him.

Do you know him?? If you like a black music, I think you would know him. He is a soulful singer and his music is like combination R&B and Gospel. Kanye West discovered his talent first and he have already great experienses playing with Kanye West, Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Jay-Z .He makes his songs by himself and his words and lyrics is also fantastic.

If you have a chanse , please listen to his music. Im sure you will love him!!!
Also I heard that GAP decided to appoint John and Kanye to summer campaign TV commercial.
I hope we can watch it in Japan!

Im so excited that goldenweek is coming soon!!!
Of couse i have many plans!! I have to work on timberland most of it though.....that's sucks!

Iwill go to Yokosuka,Kanagawa to see my boyfriend WILL and many friends in there from 6th to 9th( I will come back to Osaka early moening on monday and take a Adam's class). He is a american black guy. we have been together for about one year and he is so cute. Before I go to there, I have two things that I have to do. These are bust-up exercise and buy cute lingeries cause I always try to be cute and attractive for him. I think all girls are like that. Im sure I will tell you about three days in Yokosuka after I come back.

my life before I became kansai gaidai student

all classmates know Im 7years older than you guys. are you interented in what did i do before?

After i graduated my high school, I entered Tokai university is located Kanagawa. My major was marine biology. I studies about ocean environment and ecosystem of marine life. when I was senior, I had been an exchange student in Syracuse NY for a year. After I graduated my university, I had worked in Timberland ( do you know that company?) for 2 years in Yokosuka,Kanagawa. For me, 2 years in timberland was really meanful to know that working is fun. Ill talk about why did i became a student again.

Actually I was not good student in high school and university because I didnt study a lot.
I always thought about just having fun. but Ill never regret about that. I did anything i wannted and made a lots of friends.

keep this massage : do watever you want in this 4 years. dont be afraid. It gonna past too fast.
